Viene impiegata acqua di falda marina batteriologicamente sterile e ad elevato gradiente geotermico, ottenuta da pozzi artesiani profondi mediamente oltre 250 mt; condizioni che garantiscono caratteristiche fisico-chimico costanti.

Bacteriologically steriIe upwelling sea water is used at the appropriate temperature (elevato gradiente geotermico) and is obtained from 250m deep artesian wells in order to guarantee coostant physical and chemicai characteristics.
